Welcome to Havre de Bakes, a cottage bakery based in Havre de Grace, MD specializing in Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Keto baked goods. Cottage bakery means that all of our treats are baked in a home kitchen, and while you won't find us in a shop downtown, you can find us at the Havre de Grace Farmer's Market Saturdays, or here online! Havre de Bakes was founded in November 2022 by Olivia Tharp, a local resident of Havre de Grace since August 2022. Havre de Bakes didn't start as a gluten-free bakery, but after meeting and talking with people at the farmer's market, I developed a passion for making baked goods that are allergen friendly, taste good, and are affordable. In addition to baking, Olivia is pursuing a doctorate in Molecular Biology at The University of Delaware. The website is updated weekly with as many pickup times as our schedule allows--typically Saturdays & Sundays, but feel free to reach out if you need a different date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
